With more than 175 sessions already on the agenda it’s hard to pick out the top speaker, however, fashion trailblazer Tommy Hilfiger’s keynote promises to be something special, with a deep dive into four decades at the sharp end of the apparel industry.
The CEO who swapped shop floor for boardroom
Walmart is well-represented with multiple speakers contributing throughout the three days. John Furner, CEO, Walmart, U.S, will discuss managing a 1.5 million strong associate workforce, the performance of a 4,700-store estate and his rise from hourly worker to CEO of one of the world’s most recognised brands.
All go for North American grocers
As a partner to some of the world’s largest grocery brands, we like to keep our finger on the pulse of supermarket shopping trends. Michelle Evans, Global Lead of Retail and Digital Consumer Insights at Euromonitor International, will discuss the ongoing impact of inflation, digitisation and the complex geopolitical landscape on grocery in a special Sunday session.

NRF’s Startup Hub is always a hotbed of innovation and inspiration, and the 2025 cohort promises to be no different. More than 60 startups, ranging from delivery disruptors to video messaging solutions to scented shopping tech will provide an eclectic set of experiences for any visitor to the startup zone.

The NRF 2025 Innovators Lab includes some of the most intriguing names for brands in retail. Who doesn’t want to learn about a business named Tolstoy, bops, Haus, soona, or Nibble?
