Pay for fuel at self-service (SCO)
Flooid’s latest innovation enhances the customer experience by enabling fuel purchases at self-checkout terminals. This new functionality allows customers to identify and pay for their fuel directly at the SCO, offering a seamless solution for both fuel and in-store purchases – all in one basket. Customers can easily select the correct pump from the SCO screen, with visual confirmation of the transaction amount. If the wrong pump is selected, it can be corrected easily, ensuring a smooth and error-free process.
Fuel card payment integration
Flooid integrated a payment provider that processes fleet data, beginning with Opayo for the UK and Irish markets. This allows fuel retailers to attract fleet business by accepting fuel card as a payment method. As Flooid expands into additional regions in the US and EMEA, this integration opens opportunities to partner with global players offering multi-region, single gateway solutions.
Car wash integration
Flooid have integrated car wash services accessible directly from the POS menu, allowing fuel retailers to offer this additional service without the risk of pricing and control errors associated with standalone systems. Customers can now select wash programs, make payments, and receive a ticket with a barcode or entry code at the POS. This ticket is used to initiate the car wash. The first integration is with PSD Codax, the leading provider in the UK and Irish market, establishing a foundation for further expansion into North America and EMEA. Flooid’s hardware-agnostic, open platform ensures that this feature can be adapted to various car wash solutions globally.
