Raising the bar with a bespoke innovation hub and customer experience center

Flooid, the market-leading composable, unified commerce platform provider, has moved to a new high-tech home in the heart of the UK. 

Flooid’s new UK-base is a hub within Ingenuity House, a cutting-edge innovation space based a short walk from Birmingham International Airport and Railway Station. Our new home houses a customer experience center with live demos and hardware, and a versatile collaborative environment for our European-based workforce and partners.  

Flooid chose Ingenuity House to replace our EMEA HQ in Coventry. Senior leaders were impressed by the quality of the Ingenuity House facilities and the proximity of the airport, Birmingham International railway station, and the M6, M42 and A45 road network. The highly-accessible, light, airy and well-equipped workspace has won awards for its architecture and design. Its best-in-class digital connectivity levels are also accredited with Gold WildScore certification.

“Moving to this new office will help us further raise the bar on service levels and employee experience, while enlarging our talent pool and providing a warm and welcoming space for our customers and partners. The area will also prove to be a great meeting and collaboration space for Flooid and our Glory and Acrelec colleagues to showcase the breadth of solutions within the wider Glory group.

Flooid’s team officially moved into Ingenuity House on May 14th. An opening ceremony was attended by senior leaders from Flooid’s European, North American, African and Asian operations, and by senior representatives from our parent company Glory. Our customer experience center, which has been equipped with dynamic examples of point-of-sale hardware, software and mobile solutions, was unveiled on the same day.
